Young KLM is the network for young employees at KLM. Think of colleagues up to 35 years old who want to grow in their work.

What does Young KLM do? The network organizes meetings. There you meet other young colleagues. You learn from inspiring speakers. You share ideas about how KLM can be better. And you work together on new projects.

Young KLM helps you in three ways:

Examples? Every month we organize events to meet other young colleagues. Every quarter we have a speaker from management. And every year members can participate in innovative projects, such as improving apps or work processes.
