Experienced KLM is the network for employees aged 50 and over. The network shows that experience is valuable. And that you keep growing at every age.
What does Experienced KLM do? The network brings experienced colleagues together. They share their knowledge with younger colleagues. By being a mentor. By helping to think about problems. Or by using their experience in new projects.
It works both ways. Young colleagues learn from experienced employees. And experienced employees learn new things from younger generations. Think of digital tools, social media or new working methods.
Experienced KLM organizes meetings where generations meet each other. This creates collaborations that are valuable for both groups.
The result? Experienced employees feel valued. Their knowledge does not disappear after retirement but stays within KLM. And young colleagues benefit from decades of experience.
