Woman on Board

Women on Board is KLM's women's network. The network brings women with different backgrounds together. They learn from each other. They support each other. They inspire each other.

Women on Board helps women grow in their careers. How? Through mentor programs. Through leadership workshops. And through conversations about advancing to higher positions.

Women also talk about difficult topics. Such as: why are there few women in top positions? How do we ensure that men and women get equal opportunities? These conversations make KLM aware of the importance of diversity.
