Join Air France–KLM's Digital Product Management department, within the Loyalty, Digital & Data (LDD) organization, at the heart of the Group's digital, data and personalization strategy.

As a Senior Product Manager for the Mobile App, you will define and drive the Group's mobile product strategy, shaping the primary digital touchpoint for millions of travellers worldwide. With over 5 million monthly active users and 30 million monthly engaged sessions across iOS and Android, the Air France–KLM app plays a central role throughout the customer journey: from trip inspiration and booking, to travel management and the day of travel, while serving as the main way Flying Blue members engage with their loyalty program, track their status, earn and redeem Miles, and access personalized experiences.

You will operate in a complex, international environment, defining the product vision and roadmap across multiple teams and disciplines. Working at the intersection of mobile, data, AI and customer experience, you will deliver seamless, personalized experiences that strengthen customer loyalty, increase engagement, and drive long-term business growth.
