Selection and training: KLM cabin

Selection procedure

• Round 1: selection basic requirements
• Round 2: digital tests (ability test, competency test and video pitch)
• Round 3: Serious Game, depending on RIVM guidelines
• Round 4: interview with two recruiters, in which we test your English speaking skills
• Round 5: security screening
• Round 6: medical examination and blood and urine tests for medication, alcohol and drugs

Training

Have you successfully completed the selection procedure? Congratulations! As soon as there is space, we'll invite you to a basic training course. Here you will learn everything necessary for your work in the cabin.

• Phase 1: Digital preparation for the course (40 hours)
• Phase 2: Full-time training at Schiphol-East (20 days)

Employment conditions

• Gross salary of €2,927.82 per month
• Daily allowance if you are on location
• Travel allowance, or free public transportation to and from work, only applicable in the Netherlands
• Discounts at hotels and car rental companies, among others
