Project Manager SAP Roadmap

Je hebt ruime ervaring in projectmanagement én verandermanagement, en hebt bewezen dat je complexe, technische migratietrajecten kunt leiden waarbij ook de mensenkant telt, specifiek binnen het CPO-project: de vervanging van het legacy CROCOS-mainframe door SAP ECC en HCL iMRO voor onze component MRO-operatie, uitgerold in fasen per vloot (o.a. 777, 787, 737, A330/747). Je schakelt makkelijk tussen strategische en operationele doelen, en tussen de harde projectkant (planning, budget, risico) en de zachte kant (draagvlak, communicatie, gedrag). Je bent communicatief sterk en hebt oog voor de belangen van uiteenlopende stakeholders, van monteur tot stuurgroep.

Je hebt de volgende ervaring en kennis:

• Je hebt een WO-diploma, bij voorkeur in ICT of bedrijfskunde;
• Je hebt ruime ervaring in projectmanagement, met een bewezen track record en/of IPMA-certificering en Prince2 Foundation (Practitioner is een pré);
• Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met verandermanagement bij grootschalige systeemtransities, bij voorkeur met kennis van een veranderkundig model (zoals ADKAR of Kotter);
• Ervaring met ERP-implementaties (bijvoorbeeld SAP Plant Maintenance/Inventory Management) en/of migraties vanuit legacy mainframe-systemen is een pré
• Je hebt kennis van projectmanagementmethodieken zoals SCRUM, Agile en Symphony;
• Affiniteit met of ervaring in de luchtvaart-MRO-sector is een sterke pré, met name kennis van EASA Part-145/Part-M-regelgeving en ATA/Spec 2000-standaarden
• Je hebt ervaring met risicomanagement, hypercare-periodes na go-live en het waarborgen van kwaliteit;
• Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.

• Projectmanagement resultaatgerichtheid:je stuurt actief op planning, budget en kwaliteit van de gefaseerde vlootmigratie.
• Risicomanagement: je signaleert risico's rond migratie en hypercare tijdig en neemt zelf actie waar nodig.
• Analytisch vermogen: je doorgrondt complexe, technische materie snel genoeg om onderbouwde beslissingen te nemen.
• Aansturing: je stuurt een multidisciplinair team van functioneel consultants, testers en FAM's aan.
• Verandermanagement stakeholdermanagement: je verbindt technische teams, business en stuurgroep en voert op elk niveau het juiste gesprek.
• Overtuigingskracht en sensitiviteit: je creëert draagvlak voor de overstap naar SAP/iMRO en herkent en managet weerstand bij eindgebruikers.
• Communicatieve vaardigheid: je vertaalt voortgang en risico's naar heldere boodschappen voor uiteenlopende doelgroepen.
• Flexibiliteit: je schakelt moeiteloos tussen de projectmatige en de veranderkundige kant van je rol.
