Process Organizer Level 2
Are you the Quality engineer who will join the Process & Data Quality team?Then you pay attention to quality in both the design of IT processes and the implementation. Introducing feedback loops and good measurement points is essential for quality assurance. You have anindependent role and can act at different levels of the organization. Deep detailed IT knowledge is not necessary, but it is important that you can recognize and discuss the quality aspects in the work of IT-specialists with them.
What will you do?
You will be responsible for developing, applying and disseminating quality concepts within the Air FranceKLM Group IT and specifically the Distributed Services discipline. Your field of work is the IT processes,both ITIL and IT4IT processes. You support a transversal sense of quality. To this end, you support auditsand quality assessments. You follow the progress of improvement projects and report on them to seniormanagement.
Where do you land?
The Team Process & data quality is part of the BRM IT & Commodities within IT Distributed Services. This department takes care of several transversal topics, like ITIL process design, implementation and support of transversal IT-solutions like MyITservice, based upon ServiceNow platform, and IT4IT servicemanagement.This team is a joint AFKL Group IT team with staff in Amsterdam and Paris, under leadership of an AF-manager.
Your profile
HBO/Academic working and thinking level with adequate AFKL organizational and ICT knowledge.- able to think in a structured and conceptual way.- aware of the developments in the ICT market.- extensive experience with ITIL processes- At least 5 years of relevant work experience- a vision in the field (exploitation models and management concepts)
