Medior Salesforce Consultant
Air France KLM has a very complex salesforce landscape and also within E&M our Salesforce footpring is growing and therefore we need a strong Salesforce Consultant that helps our E&M business and IT stakeholders make the right decisions. You will become part of a small team of Salesforce (related) experts who also collaborate closely with our Salesforce community. We are looking for a consultant with a broad experience in the Salesforce platform and especially in the Service cloud area.
What will you do?
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Consultant to join our cross-functional Process Control Salesforce team within Air France-KLM Engineering & Maintenance (AFI/KLM E&M). This role is pivotal in shaping and evolving our Salesforce-based Process Control application, used by AFKL to manage their aircraft maintenance operations. This will be your key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and analysts to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Lead and participate in workshops to gather requirements and define solution architecture.
- Configure Salesforce using out-of-the-box features of the Salesforce Service Cloud, like APEX, LWC, Aura, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, Omni-channel, ODATA integrations and standard API's
- Support the full project lifecycle: discovery, design, deployment, and adoption.
- Deliver training and ensure user adoption across internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously optimize the Salesforce implementation for performance, scalability, and usability.
- Align with the Salesforce Center of Expertise (CoE) to ensure platform governance and best practices.
Where do you land?
You’ll find yourself in an international environment with a dynamic workplace—right between the hangars and aircrafts at Schiphol-East. You will collaborate with ambitious IT and business colleagues with a strong motivation to perform and always keeping a healthy work-life balance in mind. When needed, you’ll travel to France to coordinate and collaborate with your Air France counterparts.
Your profile
The ideal candidates will have (a mix of) these characteristics:
- An education on BSc/MSc level
- Proven Salesforce Consultant experience with hands-on configuration, and/or development.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Experience with aircraft maintenance processes
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English and/or Dutch. French would be a nice extra
