Telecom services are part of core IT services used by all Business and end-user within our companies, as well as a significant number of third parties and partners. Our delivery performance, services quality, and ability to innovate are key levers for our businesses to work efficiently, improve their processes and increase customer satisfaction. Your team is highly contributing to delivery excellence.
• Contract management vision and efficiency
Within our department a significant part of Telecom services is outsourced through providers active all over the world. As head of Contracts Management team, and together with procurement and vendor management teams, you build a vision to address our challenges, prepare with the teams the yearly plans, prepare the RFPs, and contribute to new contracts negotiations. Curious by nature, you continuously develop your market knowledge and contribute to future developments and transformations.
• People and team development
You coach your teams in implementing a healthy governance to steer our provider's delivery and performance, and in daily Telecom contracts management.
Your management skills allow you to bring your team to the next maturity level and further achieve our objectives.
• Optimization and improvement
Telecom department contributes to major projects and transformation initiatives within IT and Business. Moreover, Telecom fields are part of highly evolving technologies and market offers, bringing regular opportunities for services improvements and costs optimizations. Your future team has a major role in such evolutions.
• Collaboration
Bridging and facilitating cooperation between technical teams and providers can have a great contribution to quality-of-service improvement for our Businesses, budget optimization, roadmaps clarification etc.
You have a great added value here as a facilitator, by developing tight relationships with all stakeholders within Telecom (wired and wireless connectivity, voice communication solutions, Datacenter network and Wide Arear Network teams), and more widely with other IT teams and with our Businesses.
Where do you land?
Within Telecom department, you, as manager of contracts management team, will lead a transversal Air France and KLM team, with team members from both Airlines located at Schiphol-Rijk, in Paris and in Toulouse. This represents 12 people. Your official work location is at Schiphol-Rijk, With homeworking possible many days a week. Few duty trips a month are expected both for Telecom management team meetings, and also to meet you own team members, Businesses or providers.
Your profile
• University level in work and thinking level with appropriate IT/Telecom knowledge • At least 7 years of relevant working experience • Experience in contracts management and third-parties relationship management • Management skills are highly appreciated. • knowledge of Telecom market developments will be appreciated as well
