You reflect on your own actions, are comfortable giving and receiving feedback, and are not afraid to experiment with new technologies—even if you have no prior experience with them.

In addition:

• You hold a (completed) bachelor’s or master’s degree in, for example, Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management, or another digital field;
• You have strong analytical skills and a passion for technology;
• You are familiar with Design Thinking, Agile & Lean, or Scrum;
• You have an interest in topics such as Generative AI, Cloud Computing, Sustainable IT, Robotics, Autonomous Operations, Virtual & Augmented Reality, OKR, DevSecOps, or Data Science;
• You have demonstrated affinity for IT, for example through developing applications, setting up a network, or leading a tech project;
• You are fluent in English (C2 level);
• We warmly invite recent graduates and young professionals to apply; ideally, you have no more than 2 years of relevant work experience, but ambition, motivation, and learning ability are even more important.

The Business & Tech Management Traineeship gives you a broad view of the aviation industry, with a focus on self-development and personal growth through challenging assignments, professional guidance, and coaching. After an approved VGB screening and security investigation, we offer the following:

• A fixed starting salary of €4.017,91 gross per month;

The traineeship starts on September 1, 2026 (subject to positive results from security checks).

• Invitations for the 1st round on March 26, deadline on March 30;
• Invitations for the 2nd round on April 1, deadline on April 8;
• Invitations for the 3rd round on April 13, deadline on April 17;
• The 4th round is on April 22 (interview, physical presence required);
• The 5th round is on May 8 (offline assessment day, physical presence required).

• You may not start without an approved Certificate of Conduct (VGB) and security check;
• Mark the above dates in your calendar; no exceptions can be made;
• Multiple applications for different tracks are not allowed;
