What will you do?
A business product analyst supports the IT product team in realising the maximum value potential of the product. You ensure that the product is maintained and built according to the correct requirements, stimulate user adoption and realise changes in business processes. You help us to continuously improve the value of our products. In addition:
- you facilitate change in business processes by understanding the current business process;
- you analyse, collect and prioritise user requirements and carry out the necessary technical configurations;
- you encourage user adoption by organising product workshops, explanatory sessions and User Acceptance Testing to validate whether the users' acceptance criteria are met;
- you analyse the impact of the product according to predetermined KPIs;
- you carry out the necessary technical configurations to adapt a (supplier) application to user requirements.
Where do you land?
You will be working at Platform Ground within the CHIP team, together with colleagues in Amsterdam and Budapest. CHIP is an indispensable tool for handling Passenger Services, Baggage Services and Apron Services. The system plays a crucial role in daily operations by assigning tasks to the right personnel at the right time. These tasks are directly related to the handling processes at and around the airport. Because operations are heavily dependent on CHIP, you and your team will contribute to a reliable and future-proof system. You will also contribute ideas about smart and future-oriented ways to bring CHIP to the cloud.
Platform Ground is part of Data & Technology and supports colleagues on the platform, in the baggage hall and in the departure hall with smart IT solutions. By improving existing products or developing new solutions, we ensure that they can do their work as efficiently as possible.

Your profile
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive professional with the necessary knowledge and experience in understanding and improving business processes. As a result, improvements and business requirements are translated into technological developments. Does this sound like you?
- You analyse processes or systems in no time and immediately identify the problem.
- Working alone or in a team? It doesn't matter to you, you always perform at your best.
- You switch effortlessly from one activity or stakeholder to another.
- You don't give up easily, even when things get tough.
Furthermore:
- you have at least a higher professional education (HBO) degree;
- you have experience as a business analyst or other demonstrable experience;
- you have experience in identifying problems and inefficiencies in business processes in order to propose appropriate solutions;
- you have an affinity with data and IT;
- you know how to deal with resistance and critical stakeholders;
- you speak and write Dutch and English well.
