Business Product Analyst Level 2

You will closely together with more experienced BPA’s as well as a committed and involved Product manager. You are an enthusiastic, analytical, and proactive professional who knows how to bridge the gap between business and IT. You can translate business needs into practical and effective IT solutions and enjoy working together to achieve common goals. You like to manage stakeholders and can think outside the box.

You bring:

• A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Information Management, Computer Science, or a similar field;
• Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable discipline;
• A pro-active attitude;
• Knowledge of and experience with IT concepts, technologies, and application landscapes. You will not be an software engineer but should be able to quickly understand complex (IT) processes;
• Experience with process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML);
• Some Experience identifying process bottlenecks and proposing improvements;
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English;
• The ability to inspire, motivate, and guide colleagues through change.
