  • support Product Owners and IT teams with product development, roadmaps, and business cases;
  • guide testing, implementation, change management, and user adoption of new functionalities;
  • safeguard alignment with frameworks around data, authorizations, privacy, cybersecurity, and relevant regulations.

Where do you land?

You will join the Information Management Organization (IMO) within the Component Services & Supply Chain (CS&SC) domain of KLM Engineering & Maintenance, primarily based at Schiphol-Oost. This department focuses on the availability, logistics, and maintenance of aircraft components. In this environment, you work closely with operational colleagues and the IT organization, with SAP playing a central role across daily processes and IT solutions.

Your profile

You move easily between operational interests and IT, deconstructing complex process challenges in a structured way. With an independent, proactive approach, you connect users and IT teams to achieve well-thought-out solutions. You communicate clearly across different levels, always keeping practical feasibility and tangible outcomes in mind.

Additionally:

  • you hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent working and thinking level;
  • you have relevant work experience in IT, Digital & Data, business analysis, or information management;
  • you have demonstrable experience with SAP;
  • you have experience in analyzing and modeling business processes;
  • you have knowledge of or affinity with logistics, availability, and MRO processes.

Competenties:
