I started at KLM in Amstelveen as a Retail Pricing Analyst. IIn one year, I progressed to Pricing Manager in Paris. That development felt like a very natural process and I was ready for more responsibility. You can make steps here very quickly, and when you do, the management is supporting you all the way.

Our Flight Analysts keep a sharp eye on booking trends using the forecasting tools designed, developed, and maintained behind the scenes of the department. In addition, the Retail Pricing Analysts ensure that fares always remain just below those of competitors – this is how we remain continuously competitive. Our market position and pricing strategy is determined by the pricing managers.
