Selection procedure

Round 1: Application form
Round 2: AON Assessment, consisting of three parts: a personality questionnaire, an aptitude test, and a situational judgment test
Round 3: Evaluation of motivation video and CV
Round 4: Individual interview with two recruiters, in which we also test your English speaking skills

After positive selection will follow safety screenings and medical examination, including blood and urine tests for medications, alcohol and drugs. Want to know more about these tests? Use our chatbot to find your answers

Training

Have you successfully completed the selection process? Congratulations! As soon as there is space, we will invite you to our training course. Here you will learn everything necessary for your work in the cabin.

Phase 1: Digital preparation for training (40 hours)
Phase 2: Full-time training at Schiphol-North (33 days)
