The Regional Jet Center (RJC) provides high-quality maintenance services for narrow-body aircraft.

Our speciality lies in the maintenance of Embraer aircraft (170/190 and E2) and it shows! In fact, RJC is the largest Embraer maintenance company in Europe. In our modern Hangar 73 at Amsterdam Schiphol East, we perform maintenance in an innovative and modern way. As part of the AirFrance/KLM Group, the RJC is responsible for the line maintenance of KLM Cityhopper, but also carries out maintenance for other regional airlines.

Opportunities at the Regional Jet Center

Within the RJC, we are constantly welcoming new talent. As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (GWK), you can work in our Hangar, or at Schiphol Centre. You have the opportunity to work directly on the aircraft in the Hangar, or to work in one of our workshops. At Schiphol Centre, you will provide technical support during aircraft arrivals. A combination is of course also possible!

Besides positions on the shop floor, we have various support departments, including Support & Logistics, DMS, and our engineering department where Maintenance Specialists and Engineers work.

Route 66 - Work & Learn

The Regional Jet Center (RJC) offers you the opportunity to obtain all the compulsory EASA Part-66 B1.1 modules within 14 months under supervision. During this route, you attend school two days a week combined with three days of work in Hangar 73 at Schiphol-East. By putting your knowledge into practice straight away, you can obtain all your Part certifications and apply for your AML as soon as possible.

Besides a monthly salary, the RJC pays your training costs. Once you have successfully completed your training and gained sufficient experience, you can work at the RJC as an authorised CAT A and handle a KLC fleet yourself. And if you still want to learn more, you can continue your development as a Ground Engineer (GWK) with us too!
