Stimulate the use of the KLM app in Digital Marketing
You investigate which customers use the KLM app and where in their customer journey they decide to download it. Thanks to your analysis, you can draw up a plan on how we can stimulate usage and improve communication with the customer. It's your job to get all stakeholders on board: what are the priorities, and how do you get other teams into action mode?
Sustainable purchasing at Inflight Services

For example, you ensure that everything that is used and offered on board becomes increasingly sustainable: from cutlery to refreshments.
