Come to the Technical XXL Experience Days and discover your opportunities at KLM!

Have you been working in technology for a while, but are you itching to do something different? Have you always been curious about what it's like to tinker with aircraft components, engines or the aircraft themselves, but does the step to aviation feel a bit too big yet? Then the KLM Technical XXL Experience Days is the chance to experience it for yourself.

During this day, you will get a unique look behind the scenes at KLM's maintenance division: Engineering & Maintenance. You will join our technicians, see the shop floor in action and discover what is involved in maintaining our aircraft. You can ask all your questions, experience the atmosphere and talk to fellow technicians who once had the same doubts as you.

What can you expect during the Technical XXL Experience Day?

You will discover how technicians work on the maintenance of aircraft, engines and components and get to know all kinds of different departments. Colleagues who once made the switch themselves will share their experiences and give you an honest insight into the work. During live demonstrations, you will see how parts are tested, repaired and replaced. In the meantime, you can talk to recruiters and hiring managers in an informal setting. This will give you a complete and realistic picture of the work, the atmosphere and your possibilities within technology!
