This comes with the 5-year contract
If you have no work experience at KLM yet, the gross basic salary is €2,412.36. Including the average shift allowance, this comes to €2,986.39 *per month.
There are also other allowances on an annual basis, such as a thirteenth month (December), holiday pay (in May), and a personal sustainable employability budget (in January). These allowances total an average of €6,038.78 per year.
Should you leave after five years, your gross basic salary including average shift allowance is €3,266.83* per month and the other allowances amount to an average of €6,677.94 per year.
