Trainee programme structure

The KLM Management Traineeship has recently undergone a major overhaul. Result: an intensive journey in which you develop into a connecting leader with the power to change. And unlike before: you will spend a large part of the programme with trainees from the Corporate, Finance, and Business & Tech programmes. This way, you immediately build a valuable network. Some highlights:

  • Four assignments in two years
  • Intensive development programme focused on personal leadership, supervised by Bureau YOP
  • KLM & Outside World Track, in which you get to know KLM, our strategy, environment and partners.
  • Grow-or-Go: periodic joint evaluation moments focusing on your growth
  • A close-knit trainee community with joint sessions, intervision, get-togethers and events
