Introduction

Our Digital organization aims to make the commercial Air France and KLM websites each travelers’ favorite by providing spot-on offers and services, at every step of their journey.

An important part of our services is the Customer Identity and Access Management. It is all about customer experience and security. We aim to provide an easy and customer friendly way for customers to enroll and log in, which is critical for driving conversion and building customer loyalty. We need this for all customer facing channels within Air France and KLM as well as external partners, to provide a consistent customer experience.

Protecting sensitive data and taking steps to prevent data breaches is central as well as complying with data privacy laws.

There is a lot of attention for innovation within the Digital organization, both on the technical and functional side. Besides this, the teams are continuously improving their agile/scrum way of working and quality through code reviews, automated testing, and refactoring. Since there are many teams that depend on each other to deliver functionality, the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is used.
