Introduction

The world is your oyster as a Scrum master at KLM Development. Not only do you work together with development teams to build stable and fast-working applications for our customers and help the development teams to make them as efficient as possible. You also end up in an environment where you become acquainted with the various technologies that AF KL embraces. The diversity of functions, departments and colleagues at KLM will give you the opportunity to transcend yourself. Every day again.

What are you going to do?

To optimally enable your team to produce the value that the Product Owner has worked out in product vision, epics, features and user stories, you are the Facilitator. You do this by helping your team to continuously improve themselves through feedback, retrospects and resolving impediments. In addition, you ensure good cooperation with all kinds of stakeholders and Product Owner so that the team can be effective. You pay attention to the atmosphere and mutual understanding, and to the possibilities and limitations of the people, in order to do justice to everyone. You apply these skills in your teams and within the rest of the organization in order to create structures that promote collaboration and help to achieve shared goals and propagate the Agile/Scrum philosophy.

Where do you land?

You will land within the Development domain of Information Services at Schiphol-Rijk. Within the TECC (Technology, Expertise & Coaching Center) department, the Salesforce Core Team is active in developing very diverse applications for multiple divisions in an environment maintained independently by the team.
In terms of content, it therefore covers a broad area of attention: There will be use cases from, among others, the domains of Aircraft Maintenance, Cargo and Passenger Operations. Both for KLM and for Air France.
