Air France KLM uses various touchpoints such as Web, Mobile, Kiosk, Social to reach out the customers worldwide and provide various services such as online booking, manage booking and check-in. These touch points also provide detailed information about those services, flight updates, destinations, baggage, loyalty program, customer support, campaigns, promotions and etc.


Content shown on these touch points need to be centrally managed, translated in more than 25 languages and published on demand basis. Content solutions need to enable central content management whilst allowing a controlled degree of localization to cater to the needs of local markets.


KLM has been using Tridion CMS to meet the content needs of these channels. We are looking for passionate CMS developers to join our Tridion CMS team that builds content management solutions that cater to the content needs of various teams within Air France KLM.

What are you going to do?

You will be working in a challenging, dynamic Agile scrum environment where things can and will change on a day-to-day basis.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for

  • analyzing the content requirements from various teams within AF-KL and implementing solutions using Tridion CMS
  • managing Templates, Schemas, Users and Groups in Tridion
  • content migration and continuous optimization of content
  • creating/updating Tridion custom pages, event handlers and GUI extensions
  • doing Tridion administrative tasks, content portering, publication management, rights and permissions, purging and etc
  • upgrading the platform to latest Tridion version
  • providing support to content editors and other teams by resolving content queries/issues
  • root cause analysis of content issues reported  in B2C and other Tridion managed websites
  • providing standby support for high priority issues


Where do you land?

We look forward to welcoming you as a CMS Developer in a team that delivers content solutions to teams within Air France KLM! In the current circumstances, we work from home or in a hybrid form. We work together intensively and across boundaries, on a daily basis together with Air France counter parts in Paris and Valbonne.


Your profile

You have a minimum of two years experience working with CMS Tridion and preferably some knowledge or experience with other comparative CMS systems. It is important that you are a team player with good communication skills. In addition:


You have:

  • strong knowledge and experience in Tridion Templating
  • strong knowledge and experience in C# .NET
  • strong knowledge on dynamic publishing model
  • experience in Tridion administration areas such as Blueprinting, user/group management, publication targets, target groups, rights and permissions
  • good knowledge on various modules of Tridion such as ECL connector, event handler, publisher, deployer, content broker, dynamic link resolver and content porter
  • it would be nice to have Tridion upgrade experience, but this is not a must
